Return for change of mind
Our return policy is valid for 14 days. If more than 14 days have passed since purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or replacement of the item purchased with another item.
To be able to access the return procedure, your item must be unused and in same condition in which you received it, with the original packaging perfectly intact.
To complete the return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Any item not in its original condition, damaged or returned more than 14 days after delivery will not be refunded.
Only regular priced items can be refunded, unfortunately promotional items cannot be refunded.
Shipping costs are not subject to refund.
